4 Week Complete Course

4 week Complete Course: Sept 29th-Oct 20th , Thursdays 6-9pm, DILLON CO

Approach labor and birth with confidence.  Understand the benefits of healthy birth practices, based on the best and most current medical evidence available, to reduce the use of unnecessary interventions and cope with labor to achieve a positive experience. You and your birth partner will learn what to expect and options available during the childbirth process. By simplifying and clarifying the childbirth process, this course will help you be more informed, alleviate fears, and feel prepared for obtaining a safe, healthy, and desired path to welcoming your baby.


Presented by certified doulas and childbirth educators, Becca Holcomb and Cory Andersen, who believe birth is an amazing journey and strive to help families feel calm and confident along the way.


We encourage you and your birth partner take this course in your 2nd or 3rd Trimester, finishing in or before your 35th week of pregnancy.

5 Week Class Series

All group in-person classes are currently unavailable.

Deepen trust in your capacities for birth and motherhood.  This class series is designed to ease tensions common in pregnancy, by supporting your body, mind, and heart.  You will be guided through yoga practices that include breathe-work, asana, and meditation.  Learn to support your changing body, tips for movement in labor, and to prepare for birth.  Share this experience in a one of a kind community of women.  Open to all levels and stages of pregnancy.

$90 Series Package. $20 Drop-in. Space is Limited, Minimum of 3 sign-ups for series to run.

Restore Your Core®
5 Week Class Series

All group in-person classes are currently unavailable.

Restore Your Core is a method to retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to your body.  Restore Your Core helps you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support.  In Restore Your Core you will learn exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function, corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your core and pelvic floor, breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function, and a plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movements. Open to mamas at least 12 weeks postpartum to 12+ years after birth.

A yoga class just for mommies and their babies (6 weeks to 12 months)! This class will help you regain strength and energy, assisting your body in the transition after birth. Enjoy interactive poses with your baby and engage with a community of moms and babies in a supportive environment.  Click the link below to fill out the session request form and Becca will contact you about setting up a special session for your group!
