Here's a little more about the class....
Deepen trust in your capacities for birth and motherhood. This class series is designed to ease tensions common in pregnancy, by supporting your body, mind, and heart. You will be guided through yoga practices that include breathe-work, asana, and meditation. Learn to support your changing body, tips for movement in labor, and to prepare for birth. Share this experience in a one of a kind community of women. Open to all levels and stages of pregnancy.
