Elements Wellness, with Becca Holcomb, is a leader in the women's community,
focusing on supporting women through yoga + fitness, education, and advocacy.

She is a movement expert, with a deep understanding of core and pelvic floor function,
that loves to help mamas connect with their bodies.
Rather than being confined to a single location, Becca happily roams free.
So, Invite her to work with you in person at your location or set up an interactive session online.

...I support and educate mamas, families, and professionals to simplify and balance the elements encountered during the childbearing year.
I am completely fascinated with the life changing transition that occurs for a woman as she chooses to enter motherhood — the physical changes that a woman’s body sustains, the shift of energy and physiology, the mental and emotional growth, the developed self awareness, and the new ways of interacting with others and her environment. I can’t get enough of the beautiful, raw, and primal alchemy of this maternal passage. I have a particular appreciation for the physical and foundational aspects of this transition and believe every woman's unique journey should be celebrated!
Over the years, I have harnessed my desire to cheer on mamas into my business, Elements Wellness. Attending training after training, diving deep into education, I have sought to learn as much as I can in the realm of childbearing. I strive to be an effective, evidence based, and practical cheerleader. My belief that although having a baby is ordinary, each woman's journey is extraordinary, drives the
individualized application of my services. My passion for female empowerment, informed decision making, and maternal health advocacy truly radiates in everything I do.
In my work as a doula, women’s movement instructor, and childbirth educator, I get to help filter the endless internal and external information streams to simplify the elements of mamahood. Through a holistic approach and with particular attention to the physical movement element, I facilitate a mama’s connection to her body, mind, and personal truth.
Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me. I do hope you choose to connect more!
